Accessibility Commitment
Last Updated: February 5, 2026
GlobalIDPRO believes digital identity services should be accessible to everyone — regardless of ability, technology, or circumstance. Our OTP-based authentication, Runtime QR verification, parent/student app, staff app, and admin dashboard are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, ensuring every parent, student, staff member, and visitor at your school can use our platform with confidence.
Our Accessibility Promise
Accessible by design, not by afterthought
GlobalIDPRO is committed to ensuring equal access and opportunity for all individuals. Accessibility is not a feature — it is a fundamental requirement that guides every design and development decision across our OTP authentication system, Runtime QR verification, parent/student mobile app, staff scanning app, admin dashboard, visitor management, and vendor portal.
For school environments, accessibility is especially critical. Parents with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities must be able to verify their identity. Staff with disabilities must be able to scan QR codes. And students of all abilities must be represented and verified in the system. GlobalIDPRO ensures no one is excluded from your school's identity verification process.
We actively involve people with disabilities in our testing and design process. Our accessibility team conducts quarterly audits across all platforms (web, iOS, Android), tests with assistive technologies, and partners with accessibility consultants to ensure our solutions meet real-world needs — not just compliance checkboxes.
