Our Accessibility Promise

Accessible by design, not by afterthought

GlobalIDPRO is committed to ensuring equal access and opportunity for all individuals. Accessibility is not a feature — it is a fundamental requirement that guides every design and development decision across our OTP authentication system, Runtime QR verification, parent/student mobile app, staff scanning app, admin dashboard, visitor management, and vendor portal.

For school environments, accessibility is especially critical. Parents with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities must be able to verify their identity. Staff with disabilities must be able to scan QR codes. And students of all abilities must be represented and verified in the system. GlobalIDPRO ensures no one is excluded from your school's identity verification process.

We actively involve people with disabilities in our testing and design process. Our accessibility team conducts quarterly audits across all platforms (web, iOS, Android), tests with assistive technologies, and partners with accessibility consultants to ensure our solutions meet real-world needs — not just compliance checkboxes.

High contrast mode available across web dashboard, Parent app, and Staff app

Descriptive ARIA labels and landmarks on all interactive elements
Runtime QR code paired with audible confirmation when scanned successfully
Large, high-contrast OTP input fields with clear visual and audio feedback

Auditory Accessibility

Full accessibility for parents and staff who are deaf or hard of hearing — no verification step relies exclusively on audio.

Transcripts available for all audio instructions and announcements
Visual indicators (flashing screen, color change) for all audio alerts

Text-based alternatives for any voice-based interaction

Large touch targets (minimum 44×44px) on all mobile app buttons and controls

Plain language throughout — no jargon, clear instructions at every step
Consistent navigation and predictable interactions across all screens
Error prevention with helpful, specific error messages (not just "invalid input")
Complex processes broken into simple steps with progress indicators
OTP entry shows clear feedback: "Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone"
