Our dual mobile app system works entirely through two apps: the Parent/Student App (for displaying Digital ID and generating Runtime QR codes) and the Staff App (for scanning QR codes and verifying identity in real-time). Together, they create a complete identity verification ecosystem.
The Runtime QR code is generated fresh every few seconds on the parent's device, contains a cryptographic timestamp, and is validated server-side. It cannot be reused, shared, screenshotted, or cloned. This makes it more secure than any physical ID card, biometric scanner, or RFID tag.

🔒 Security Note: OTP codes are single-use and expire in 5 minutes. Never share your OTP with anyone. GlobalIDPRO will never ask for your OTP via call, email, or chat.
📱 Wrong Number? If your OTP doesn't arrive, your registered number may be wrong. Contact your school admin to update the phone number linked to your account.

Keep App Updated
Always update to the latest version from App Store / Play Store. Updates include security patches, performance improvements, and new features.
Stable Internet
QR generation and scanning require internet. Use Wi-Fi or mobile data. The app works on 3G/4G/5G and even slow connections — but not offline for QR.
Phone Number Current
If you change your phone number, immediately inform your school admin. Your OTP is sent to the registered number — wrong number means no access.
Don't Screenshot QR
Screenshots of Runtime QR are invalid and won't scan. The QR code must be generated live on the app. This is a security feature, not a bug.
Multiple Devices
You can install the app on multiple devices. Each device gets independent OTP. Useful when both parents need access or when switching phones.
Low Battery? Plan Ahead
Charge your phone before school pick-up. If phone dies at the gate, manual verification will be used (slower). Keep a portable charger handy.
